Some of you may remember reading about a flight I made from Batcombe back in October 2009 where I ended up hitching back from Bere Regis with a rather large Sea Bass wrapped up in newspaper in my rucksack! Well guess what, my wife cooked it for supper last night, and despite having spent the last 16 months in the freezer it was absolutely delicious, baked in white wine, garlic and lemon juice. With chunky potato wedges and peas it was a very up-market fish ‘n chips supper!
